JETOUR Nigeria is taking its T2 Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) to Abuja in a major product showcase that could give the rapidly expanding brand a fresh boost in Nigeria’s increasingly competitive SUV market.

The Jetour T2 PHEV will headline the Jetour Experience Abuja, scheduled for September 22–24, 2026, as the Chinese automaker moves to build on the strong response generated by its recent Lagos activation.

The Abuja event comes amid growing interest in Jetour’s SUV range from motorists in the Federal Capital Territory, with the company positioning the three-day experience as an opportunity for prospective customers to test-drive its vehicles, explore their technology and engage directly with its sales and technical teams.

The Lagos experience reportedly generated strong customer participation, test drives and sales enquiries, prompting Jetour to take the experiential campaign to Abuja.

At the centre of the Abuja showcase will be the T2 PHEV, combining rugged SUV styling with plug-in hybrid technology, advanced features and safety systems. The model is being positioned as an option for motorists seeking a blend of SUV capability, performance, comfort and improved fuel efficiency.

Jetour Nigeria, the brand’s sole distributor in the country, is backed by an expanding network of accredited dealers comprising Elizade Nigeria Limited, New Era AutoVehicle Services Limited, Kojo Motors, Germaine Auto Centre, TAB Autos Limited, R.T. Briscoe Motors and Mandilas Autos.

The network is expected to play a key role in Jetour’s expansion by providing customers with vehicle sales, after-sales support, genuine spare parts and technical services across major markets.

The company says requests from existing patrons and prospective customers in Abuja were also instrumental in bringing the experience to the capital.

Since entering Nigeria, Jetour has expanded its SUV presence among families, professionals and adventure-oriented motorists, leveraging competitive pricing, after-sales support and vehicles designed for varied driving conditions.

The brand has also received local and international recognition for product quality, design, innovation and customer satisfaction, while the T2’s 5-Star NCAP safety rating adds another dimension to its market proposition.

With test drives and product demonstrations expected to form a major part of the Abuja activation, Jetour is giving motorists an opportunity to judge the T2 PHEV from behind the wheel.

After making waves in Lagos, Jetour is now taking its electrified SUV proposition to Abuja—and putting the T2 PHEV directly in the hands of Nigerian motorists.
