Customer Service Week: Kia, WayvePay Roll Out Rewards for Customers Nationwide

Kia Motors Nigeria has rolled out a special customer appreciation campaign, offering 15% off vehicle servicing, free car spa, free vehicle diagnosis and other rewards to customers visiting participating authorised Kia service centres across Nigeria.

The initiative, launched to mark Customer Service Week, is being implemented in partnership with WayvePay, a CBN-licensed digital financial services platform, and runs from October 5 to October 16, 2026.

The campaign gives Kia owners an added incentive to bring their vehicles in for professional maintenance while enjoying special benefits designed to enhance their ownership experience.

According to Kia, the initiative underscores its commitment to ensuring that customer care does not end with the purchase of a vehicle, but extends throughout the ownership journey through quality after-sales service, maintenance and customer support.

At participating service centres, customers will receive professional vehicle care from trained Kia technicians using genuine Kia spare parts. Services available include routine maintenance, vehicle diagnosis, servicing and repairs, backed by manufacturer-recommended technical expertise.

Speaking on the campaign, Omolade Akinyode, Marketing Manager, Kia Motors Nigeria, said the partnership with WayvePay was designed to deliver greater value to Kia customers.

“Customer Service Week is an opportunity for us to recognise and appreciate our customers while reminding them of the importance of proper vehicle maintenance,” Akinyode said.

She added that the partnership gives customers additional reasons to keep their vehicles properly maintained while benefiting from tangible rewards.

“The 15% service discount, free car spa, free diagnosis, and other benefits are our way of saying thank you to our customers. Our focus is on making Kia ownership a positive experience at every stage, from the vehicle they purchase to the service and support they receive afterwards.”

WayvePay, which is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, provides digital banking and financial services designed to make everyday transactions more convenient and rewarding for Nigerians.

Kia Motors Nigeria continues to expand its vehicle portfolio in the Nigerian market, with models including the Kia Seltos and Kia Sonet, alongside its growing range of electric vehicles and alternative-fuel solutions.

The company’s increasing focus on electric mobility reflects Kia’s global drive towards more efficient and environmentally conscious transportation. Its exploration of CNG mobility solutions also signals an effort to offer Nigerian consumers more powertrain choices as the automotive market evolves.

Kia customers are therefore encouraged to visit their nearest participating authorised service centre before October 16 to take advantage of the special package, including the 15% servicing discount, free car spa, free diagnosis and other rewards.

In Nigeria, Kia vehicles are distributed by Dana Motors Limited, with the brand supported by an expanding sales and after-sales service network.
