Nigeria Customs Warns Against Fake Vehicle Auctions Video

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has warned the general public to be wary of illegal platforms announcing a purported auction of vehicles.

The Service issued the warning via a statement made available to the Voice of Nigeria (VON).

The statement noted that a video with scandalous narration is being circulated and explained that electronic auction of vehicles and other items is conducted only via http://auction.nigeriatradehub.gov.ng.

“Beware of false information to prevent falling victim to scams. Stay informed by relying on our verified social media and other communication channels for genuine updates about NCS,” the statement stressed.
