Amobi also hinted on the possibility of, in the near future, adding the Ford Territory to the list of his company’s locally assembled automobiles, a development he believes would translate into opportunity for more job creation, manpower development and reduction in product price amongst other things.

As attested by Mr. Tony Archibong, one of the Nigerians to acquire the SUV upon arriving Nigeria, Ford territory is frugal with fuel.

According to Archibong said, Ford Territory is as economical as Toyota Camry.

“I am excited that I bought a car that I love, Ford Territory,” he enthused, adding, “In terms of fuel economy, when I bought the car, the price of fuel skyrocketed. I had a Toyota Camry and I was thinking, now that I have an SUV, how will I cope? I must confess to you that the fuel economy of this car is as good as Toyota Camry. It is a highly prestigious car and yet the fuel economy is superb. I always call the Deputy General Manager, Ford Brand, Mr. Justin Ugini to thank him for encouraging me to buy the car.

‘’The car’s engine is so virtually noiseless that when I drive into my compound, my neighbors don’t know. The technology is unique. All you just need to do is to hop in and enjoy the comfort of the car. The space is good, the dashboard is exquisite. That is another unique thing about the car. My children play game with it. I recommend the car.’’

Ford Territory goes for N37.9M in Nigeria
