Carloha Nigeria has stamped its authority on Nigeria’s automotive service landscape, clinching two major honours at the 2025 Nigerian Auto Journalists Association (NAJA) International Automobile Awards. The Chery brand assembler and franchise holder emerged Most Outstanding Aftersales Car Company of the Year and Pre-Owned Auto Company of the Year, a decisive double win that signals its growing clout in the industry.
The awards ceremony, held at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos, brought together top-tier government officials, auto industry leaders, and key stakeholders to recognise excellence, innovation, and customer-focused performance across the sector.
Among the dignitaries at the event were the Director-General of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), Otunba Oluwemimo Joseph Osanipin; the Honourable Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Owan Enoh, represented by Osanipin; and the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Shehu Mohammed.
Addressing the gathering, Otunba Osanipin praised the award winners for their tangible contributions to Nigeria’s automotive growth, urging operators to deepen investments in quality aftersales systems and customer satisfaction as the industry matures.

For Carloha Nigeria, the dual recognition was more than ceremonial. Managing Director Mr. Sola Adigun described the honours as a clear endorsement of the company’s customer-first philosophy across both new and pre-owned vehicle segments.
“This recognition validates our unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, strong aftersales support, and service excellence,” Adigun said. “It reinforces our commitment to raising standards in Nigeria’s automotive market.”
Central to that strategy is CarlohaCare 6-6-7, the company’s flagship aftersales programme offering six years of free scheduled servicing, a six-year warranty, and a seven-day repair promise. Adigun noted that the package significantly cuts ownership costs and vehicle downtime, setting Carloha apart in an increasingly competitive market.
Buoyed by the double honours, Carloha Nigeria reaffirmed its resolve to push service benchmarks higher, thanking customers, partners, and stakeholders for their continued trust. As Nigeria’s auto industry evolves, the company says it is positioning itself not just as a vehicle seller, but as a standard-setter in sales and aftersales excellence.
