In a bold move set to redefine after-sales excellence in Nigeria’s fast-evolving automotive space, Carloha Nigeria has successfully wrapped up its electrifying 2026 Basic Chery Training Programme for Partners’ Technicians, delivering a powerful boost to technical capacity and service quality nationwide.
Held from March 24 to 25, 2026, at the company’s head office and major workshop in Lagos, the intensive two-day programme brought precision, innovation, and hands-on expertise to the forefront. The initiative forms a critical pillar in Carloha’s mission to build a world-class after-sales ecosystem for Chery vehicles in Nigeria.
Seven top-tier technicians drawn from Carloha-Chery accredited service centres across the country participated in the programme, an elite cohort now equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills aligned with global automotive standards.
Designed as a fusion of theory and real-world application, the training immersed participants in core service disciplines, including maintenance operations, warranty processes, advanced troubleshooting, engine lubrication and cooling systems, as well as modern automotive electricals. Technicians also gained valuable insights into diagnosing customer concerns and navigating increasingly sophisticated electronic systems in today’s vehicles.
The workshop setting provided a dynamic, interactive environment where participants engaged directly with vehicle components and diagnostic tools, exchanged industry insights, and sharpened their expertise in modern service techniques.
Speaking on the significance of the initiative, After-sales Manager, Samson Akinbowale, underscored Carloha’s relentless drive for excellence: “Carloha is known for outstanding after-sales service, a reputation we fiercely protect. As vehicles become more technologically advanced, continuous training is no longer optional but essential. This programme ensures our technicians are fully equipped to deliver world-class service while localising global best practices for Nigerian customers.”
In a defining moment for the participants, all technicians received official certification at the end of the programme, an endorsement of their competence and authorization to operate within Carloha’s expanding after-sales network.
Participants hailed the training as transformative, praising its practical depth and immediate relevance in enhancing their diagnostic and repair capabilities.
This milestone comes on the heels of Carloha’s recent recognition by the Nigeria Auto Journalists Association(NAJA) as the Most Outstanding After-sales Car Company, further cementing its leadership in customer support and service innovation.
With initiatives like this, Carloha Nigeria is not just supporting vehicle ownership. it is actively shaping the future of automotive service delivery in Nigeria, empowering local technicians, and ensuring that every Chery customer enjoys reliable, professional care wherever they are.
