The Nigeria Automotive Manufacturers Association (NAMA) has inaugurated a new board with with the Managing Director of PAN Nigeria Limited, Kaduna, Ms Taiwo Oluleye as the Chairman.
Constituted at a meeting held on Thursday, the newly constituted board of the association is made up of seven members with Mr. Frank Nneji, managing Director of Transit Support Services (TSS), subsidiary of ABC Transport Plc, as Vice Chairman.
PAN Nigeria’s boss will be taking over from that of VON Automobile Nigeria Limited, a member of Stallion group,, which hitherto held the board chairmanship.
Other members of the new board include VON Automobile, lagos; ANAMMCO, Enugu; Iron Products Industries (IPI),Lagos; Dangote SinoTruck, Lagos; and Lafbart Innovation and Consulting, Akure.
The Executive Director of NAMA, who runs the Secretariat, will serve as the Secretary of the board.
ANAMMCO is owned by the GUO Group run by Mr. Maduabuchukwu Okeke, as MD; IPI is a family business currently run by Philip Diwan who has successfully taken over from his Nigerian-Lebanese father, Mr. Nunu Diwan.
Lafbart Innovation and Consulting, is owned and run by Mr. Femi Olafunmiloye.
