Weststar Feast with Motoring Journalists

[dropcap]N[/dropcap]igeria’s authorized general distributor of Mercedes-Benz,Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, Weststar Associates Limited, last week, hosted motoring journalists for lunch, drinks and holiday cheer at Sakura Fine Asian Cuisine tucked inside Victoria Island in Lagos.

The event, was graced by top management staffs of the company, including the General Manager, Mrs Elizabeth Itegbe, General manager, After-sales, Michael Bromberger and the Managing Director, Mirko Plath.

In his address at the occasion, Mr Plath, who described 2015 as a challenging year, expressed hope that business environment would be better in the New Year.

“Although past 12 months has been busy for us at Mercedes-Benz,” he said, “the year 2015 has been challenging in all spheres. As the nation gets back on its feet, we hope for a smooth business year in 2016.”

The Weststar boss also expressed appreciation to the Nigerian media for objective reportage of the auto industry during the year.
