With just over 12 hours to go until the UEFA Champions League Final between Real Madrid C.F. and Juventus F.C., Nissan – the tournament’s official global automotive sponsor – has revealed the combined Cardiff dream-team.
Created in partnership with sports science experts at Loughborough University, using an Excitement Index score for each player, the list features players including; veteran Gianluigi Buffon in goal, Real Madrid C.F. and Spain captain Sergio Ramos, Juventus FC right back Dani Alves and Real Madrid C.F. duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale up front.
Nissan has also revealed Real Madrid C.F. have the ‘exciting edge’ over Juventus FC, according to the Excitement Index scientific formula. The reigning UEFA Champions League champions also hold the number one spot for the most exciting game of the season to date – thanks to their thrilling 4-2 victory of FC Bayern Munich in the quarter final round.
