2018 London Motor Show: Four New Zones Set to Thrill Fans

This year’s London Motor Show will see four varied zones create an interactive celebration of the automotive industry, particularly in the UK, which visitors won’t want to miss.

Autonomous Zone to feature at LMS

With the launch of the Live Drive Arena, visitors can take part in driving demonstrations and educational experiences with a range of vehicles, while performance car action and stunts from renowned precision driver, Paul Swift, will put a smile on any car-lover’s face. Access to the arena and all displays is included with every ticket to the main show.

Curated by autonomous vehicle technology event AutoSens, the brand-new Autonomous Zone will demonstrate exactly what the automotive world can expect from its cars and how the future will bring about big change.

AutoSens will be laying on hands-on interactive displays and experiences, celebrity-led panel discussions, driverless vehicles, technology demonstrations and cutting-edge exhibition features in the autonomous pavilion, working with key industry stakeholders to excite interest and provide background of the technologies and challenges to the public.

The very best of British automotive manufacturing will take pride of place in the Built in Britain feature, set to celebrate a host of British-built and designed vehicles. With brands such as Vauxhall, TVR, Noble, Eagle, Rolls Royce, Nissan, Lister and many others already confirmed, the special display is set to showcase the heritage and great achievements of the industry in the UK.

After displaying the 2017 World Car of the Year – the Jaguar F-Pace – at last year’s event, The London Motor Show 2018 will expand on this to feature a head-turning collection of previous winners of the prestigious award, in addition to some of this year’s contenders. Curated by Mike Rutherford, the display will give visitors of all ages the chance to see some of the most highly regarded and popular cars in the world.
