A ghastly motor accident has killed nine people, leaving three others injured along Kano-Zaria road.
Zubairu Mato, Corps Commander, Federal Road safety Corps (FRSC), kano, confirmed the incident in a statement released on Tuesday.
According to him, the accident, which involved an articulated vehicle, a car and a tricycle, occurred on Monday at Imawa village in Kura Local government Area of the state , following a collision of two vehicles.
The misfortune occurred in the process of a trailer registered: KMC158XW and a car registered: AE884ZW tried to avoid a tuktuk coming from other side of the road.
The deceased, whose bodies were said to have been taken to Kura General hospital, include six female, two male and a child.
