…Attracts Participants from Nigeria, Rest of the World
[dropcap]S[/dropcap]henzhen, a Chinese modern metropolis that links Hong Kong to country’s mainland, is set to host battery industry stakeholders worldwide, as 7th International battery Conference holds in the city from 19th to 21st May 2018.
In a recent statement from its organizer, Intercontinental Media, expected participants include equipment materials and accessories suppliers, battery manufacturers, well-known experts of battery upstream and downstream industries and battery industry association leadership.
Meanwhile, as a special guest, former Director of Policy and Strategy at Nigeria’s National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), now Chairman of Resident Automotive Components Dealers Association of Nigeria (RACDAN) and CEO, Transtech Industrial Consulting Limited, a specialist consulting firm on automotive in Nigeria, Luqman Mamudu, is expected to make a presentation at the event.
Other invited guests include: Dond Li, Board chairman, Leoch International Technology Limited Company; Wang Zeli, Chairman, Battery Commerce Chamber International; Arvind Mohan, CEO, India Battery Association; AminurRahman, Coordinator, Motorcycle manufacturing and exporting association of Bangladesh; and He Zihai, General Manager, Shenzhen huaxin machinery co. LTD.
“The 7th International Battery Conference,” the statement explains, “aims to build international battery exchange & learning event, explore the industry development trend, market environment, the most cutting-edge production technology and the practical skills.
According to the organizers, this year’s event, which holds in Shenzhen, China, has attracted support and sponsorship by Battery Commerce Chamber International, India; Battery Association, Bangladesh; Battery Association as well as Motorcycle manufacturing and exporting association of Bangladesh.
The annual event had been held previously at various Chinese locations, namely Nanjing Changing(2013), Wux (2014)i, Zibo(2015), Hangzhou(2016) and Foshan(2017).
Venue for 2018, Shenzhen, is a city known for its shopping destinations, including Luohu Commercial City, a massive mall with a vast array of wares, from tailors’ custom clothing to faux designer bags. The city also features contemporary buildings, such as the 600m-tall skyscraper Ping An International Finance Centre, and a number of amusement parks.
