2016: Admiralty Motors Upgrades Quick Service

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n continuation of the company’s policy towards rendering personalized and world class service to customers, Admiralty Motors has introduced faster automobile service policy tagged: “90-minute or Less.”

The company’s managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mary-Ann Chukwueke, who disclosed this in a telephone interview with Motoring World International, said with the new quick service programme, customers shall have their cars serviced within or not more than 90 minutes.

“What this implies is that customers who bring their cars for quick service shall have it done within not more than 90 minutes,” Mr.Chukwueke explained, adding, “it  can be less, but not more than that. We are staying competitive.”

Admiralty Motors’ other new year incentives for its customers include a pegged down charge for vehicles body work service.

“Concerning our body work services,” Admiralty Motors boss revealed,  “what we are doing for our premium customers is that any car they bring for body work, including panel beating and spraying, costs only N150,000. That is all, regardless of how bad the vehicle might be.”

Mrs. Chukwueke said, who described year 2015 as a down time for business, expressed optimism that the year 2016 would be a better year.

She explained: “We entered the market aggressively in 2015, because we moved into our new workshop. But the year has been a down time for businesses, including the automobile industry.

“However, this new year has started right and beautiful. We are looking up, and we are matching into the year just absolutely confident and optimistic that we will have a better year than last year.

“For this year, we have the best personalized professional services. We do pick-up. We deliver cars . We are having our customers signed on to platinum club, known as Admiralty Motors Customers platinum Club. With that club, our customers are entitled to such benefits as priority services.”

Admiralty Motors, an upcoming automobile marketing company with head office in Lekki, Lagos, specializes in sales and services of Japanese brands like Toyota, Honda and Nissan as well as premium European models like Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Peugeot. Other brands being handle by Admiralty Motors include Ford, Jeep and General Motors products.
