Vanguard Motoring Editor’s Mum for Burial

The Livinus Opara family of Umuolu in Emii, Owerri, Imo state has announced the transition of their mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, in-law, Mrs Ezinne Catherine Olejurumaka Opara (nee Nwachukwu ) who joined the ancestors on August 6, 2020.

Aged 84, the late Ezinne is the mother of Theodore Opara, the motoring editor of Vanguard Newspapers

In a statement issued and signed by Mr Cyril Nlumanze Opara for the family, the funeral mass for the late matriarch will take place at Holy Cross Parish, Emii, Owerri North, Imo State on Friday, September 11, 2020.

According to the statement, interment will be done at Livinus Opara compound, Umuolu, Emii, Owerri while reception will also take place at the same venue.

Until, her demise late Ezinne was a business woman who worked very hard to make all her children successful.

She was kind, gentle and was ready to offer assistance to anyone who came in contact with her.

She is survived by many children, grandchildren, sisters, brothers and aunts.
