Equipped with intelligence All Wheel Drive (AWD), the ESCAPE’s All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) and streamlined power and efficiency let you take whatever your day serves up to you, with confidence.
The ESCAPE’s Intelligent AWD system monitors each wheel, and increases or decreases the amount of torque to optimize grip and handling in all conditions.
The Escape is also equipped with a display in it’s instrument panel, which lets you see how the system is performing, by giving you a graphic illustration of the power distribution between all four wheels.
The ESCAPE serves up substantial pulling power that is ever mindful of safety, from 1 600kgØ up to 1 800kgØ of maximum towing capacity (depending on engine selected).
