Toyota Bags Platinum Across All Three Automotive Brands

Toyota, Hino and Lexus have all walked away with platinum awards at the South African 2022 National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Awards.

Now in its 27th year, the awards measure dealers’ satisfaction with the various automotive brands across the country. Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) says the company’s stellar performance is indicative of the relationships it has built with its dealer network.

“We work tirelessly to ensure our relationships are based on listening to their concerns and acting where appropriate. We believe that the work we have done over the last year, is reflected in the results of the Dealers Satisfaction Index. We are proud that all three brands are placed in the top of their categories. This is a first for us and we will continue to improve on our relationships, systems and support to our dealerships,” says Leon Theron, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at TSAM.

Theron added that the success is attributed to TSAM’s entire dealer network and was a reflection of the shared value system between Toyota and its dealers. “On behalf of the TSAM Dealer Advisory Councils as well as all the Toyota, Hino and Lexus management and staff, we would like to express our sincere thanks to all the dealers for the vote of confidence in our brands. We also acknowledge all those serving on dealer councils, as well as the hardworking field staff who ensure that we truly are ‘leading the way’,” concluded Theron.
