“Why We Remain Number One Brand in Nigeria”-Toyota Nigeria

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]oyota Nigeria Limited has attributed its brand’s consistent leadership position in the Nigerian automobile market to its unrelenting commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and after sales service delivery.

The company’s Public Relations and Advert Manager, Mrs Bukunola Ogunnusi made the assertion recently in her response to Outstanding Auto Brand-of-The-Year award bestowed on Toyota by marketing Edge, a Nigerian leading marketing company.

The company’s image maker described the award as a testimony to the superior quality of the brand.

“Toyota,” she pointed out, “remains the number one player in the Nigerian automobile market, consistently maintaining the position for over ten years.”

According to her, the brand attained the enviable height in Nigeria due to consistent commitment of TNL’s management and staff to continuously better company’s products and services.

“The formidable after sales delivery of the company,” Ogunnusi stated further, “is hinged on our thoroughbred technicians, who receive trainings both internationally and locally to remain relevant, competent and outstanding in ever-evolving world of technology.”

The TNL’s image maker, however, assured the nation’s auto lovers of his company’s determination to continue to better its products and services through innovations, thereby cultivating lifetime relationship with customers and enlisting their trust in the brand.

Toyota won this year’s Marketing Edge’s Outstanding Auto Brand-of-The-Year based on durability, elegance and comfort, fuel economy, styling, variety of models, availability/distribution network, customer experience in after sales, ease of maintenance, tropicalization, driving pleasure and customer loyalty.
