Weststar Associates Limited, Nigeria’s authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz has refuted any plan or possibility to sack its distributors across the country.
Following a recent speculative report published in Transport Day online headlined: “Mercedes May Sack Skymit, Sunny Motors, Barbedos, Tetralog as Dealers,” Weststar, in a media statement, rebutted the story, expressing its commitment towards continuing to promote and strengthen its dealerships, as a means to grow the Mercedes-Benz brand in the country.
“Weststar does not intend to cut ties with any of its Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Nigeria at this time,” it stated.
Weststar Associates Limited has been the home of all things Mercedes-Benz in Nigeria for over 15 years.
