LASTMA Official Slumps and Dies

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]n official of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Kazeem Lawal, has died.

The deceased, who was said to be one of the LASTMA officials on duty for an event held on Saturday at the Chapel of the Healing Cross, slumped at about 1.30pm, while on duty, controlling traffic along Ishaga-Idiaraba, Mushin area.

According to reports, his colleagues promptly rushed him to Randle Hospital, Surulere, Lagos, where he was eventually pronounced dead.
