Jumia-Coscharis Partnership: Luxury Car Buyers to Save Millions of Naira

Following recent partnership agreement reached by Coscharis Motors and Jumia marketplace Company, indications are that future Nigerian buyers of luxury automobiles would save millions of Naira, provided they are bought through Jumia’s online shop.

Jumia Nigeria Head of Partnership and Payment Solution, Omolara Ajele Awoyemi, made the disclosure during presentation of a brand new Ford Figo to the winner of recently concluded Jumia Black Friday raffle draw held at Ford showroom, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Wednesday.

According to her, because of the partnership between Coscharis and Jumia,  buyer of luxury cars can save as much as N15 million on one car.

“As a result of the partnership with Coscharis,” Awoyemi explained, “ if you want to buy a Jaguar  for example, you can get it for like N30 million in their showroom but on Jumia the car is going for like N15 million. We have several models like Range Rover, BMW series. I f you go on jumia.com.ng/coscharis today, you will see all range of models that Coscharis has presented to us at a discount.

“This partnership is not for short time. It is not just for Jumia Black Friday. As long as Jumia exists, Coscharis will be a part of us. We hope everything goes well so that both brand can benefit from the partnership as much as possible. All things being equal, this partnership is a long time one for us.’’

Speaking at the occasion, Coscharis group’s General Manager, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Abiona Babarinde said his company had no doubt that partnership agreement with Jumia would yield positive results, because, according to him, Coscharis is known for giving customers value for their money.
