Autochek Partners AutoFast to Provide Customers with Quality Vehicle Maintenance

Autochek, the automotive technology company making car ownership more accessible and affordable across Africa, has partnered with Autofast, a multi-brand quick service franchise of the CFAO group, to provide its customers with high quality vehicle maintenance.

As part of the partnership, customers, who purchase their vehicles from Autochek and sign up for the annual maintenance package, will henceforth enjoy annual maintenance and servicing from AutoFast.

Speaking recently during the announcement of the partnership, which culminated into the signing of memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Massillia Showroom, CFAO Office in Victoria Island, Lagos, Autochek’s Senior Vice President for West Africa, Mayokun Fadeyibi  described the development as a consolidation of her company’s partnership with CFAO.

According to her, the MOU is aimed at improving customers’ experience by making it easier to purchase their desired vehicles as well as extending their lifespan.

“Our customers,” she stated “are at the heart of this partnership, like everything else we do. Combining Autochek’s growing customer base and AutoFast’s network of service stations across Lagos and Abuja, Nigerian businesses and individuals can now have easier access to cutting-edge vehicle maintenance services to maximize the lifespan of their cars.

‘’Access to high-quality maintenance is a major concern for many Nigerian customers, but AutoFast is changing this with their expertise and approach. We look forward to leveraging their service to support our mission to improve the automotive value proposition for Nigerian customers”

Also speaking, General Manager, Winpart/AutoFast, Mohamed Taleb expressed an excitement over joining forces with Autochek, a development he assured would make life easier for more Nigerian vehicle owners to access the best vehicle maintenance.

“We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide and the customer experience we offer,” he assured, adding, “We have a systematic vehicle maintenance check procedure and a very affordable pricing mechanism, and we are very professional in handling customers’ requests across all our growing network across Lagos and Abuja. We are confident that by partnering with Autochek, more Nigerian vehicle owners will continue to experience the best of service.’’

As further revealed by Taleb, AutoFast specializes in routine vehicle maintenance with an offer ranging from quick oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment, and A/C maintenance to the sale and replacement of oil filters, air filters, cabin air filters, spark plugs, wiper blades, brake pads, batteries, and tyres directly sourced from the Independent After Market (IAM). Additional benefits include well-trained technicians who have extensive experience in diagnosing and servicing the different brands and models of used and new vehicles.

“Every vehicle that visits the AutoFast service centre undergoes a 10-point control check to ascertain the general condition of the vehicle. Customers are advised to perform corrective maintenance to correct existing problems or preventive maintenance to help prevent unexpected failures in the future, as appropriate,’’ he added.

AutoFast which has an integrated wide range of technology solutions into the maintenance process, including diagnostics and inspection, enabling a holistic experience for customers, also offers vehicle maintenance services for corporate organizations that are tailored to large fleet sizes and a wide range of brands.

Autochek, on the other hand, is an automotive technology development company that is building the infrastructure to make car ownership more accessible and affordable in Africa.
